- Prevention is Better than Cure, in our management, we do the necessary to prevent property facilities from breaking down so that’s why we conduct preventive maintenance every 6 months to extend the life of the facilities and avoid the owner costing more.
tenant direct contact
- We will be the direct contact of the owner’s tenant for whatever or whenever there will be any emergency in regards to the property so that in this way, the owner’s privacy and time will be well spent.
turn-Over representative
- We represent the owner and conduct inspection for the purchased properties before taking-over to ensure the property that the owner invested to are in good condition and livable.
renewal facilitation
- The cycle of processing the papers, aligning the rent as per market price, trend movement of properties, renewing the tenancy contracts and even permits are tedious procedures to accomplish, and so we exempt the owner from those processes. As the owner’s representative and Manager, we conduct all of the necessary procedures and negotiation on behalf of the proprietor and assured a good relationship between the owner’s and tenant.

- To continue the flow of the owner’s income, we already prepared procedures with our highly reliable system that will notify the tenant in advance if it’s time to renew the contract or end the contract. With our advance system at-hand, we will be able to find a new tenant before even the property will be vacated.
Our Offer
As our client, you can choose from Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) which there will be a Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for the whole duration of the agreement or you can choose individual services as per required only.
As an owner, you will receive a Maintenance Service Package with free advertisement of your property, if you are into renting, across all of our marketing platforms and you will be assigned with your own dedicated Property Manager who will handle your property personally from inspection to finding you a tenant and handling all the maintenance issues that will arise during your tenant stay.
Our package maintenance services are very much also applicable for Personal Property Owners and tenants in where a Property Manager will be the point of contact for any maintenance issues whether it will be a normal issues or emergency in an early of time.
